Alco

It is a screw rolling tool which is used while attached to a processing machine such as an NC lathe, multi-axis lathe and machining center. A screw will increase its strength when it's produced by rolling. In addition, it has higher stability in processing and its lifetime is far longer than cutting, which greatly reduces setup time and running cost.

JBO

The JBO screw rolling die is an efficient tool to instantly shape small diameter screws. Without having burrs and cracks like in cutting processing, it improves screw strength and surface roughness. Because it produces by rolling at the center of a 3 point roll, stable molding can be done with long screws. Due to single-shot processing by pitch feed, cycle time can be shortened.

Diamond burnishing

It improves surface roughness by tracing the surface of the work after turning and eliminating cutting marks.
