This electrostatic oil purifier removes all insoluble debris from oil, including metals, non-ferrous metals, and both organic and inorganic substances, regardless of type. It is the only device capable of effectively removing oxidized contaminants in oil that are difficult to eliminate with filters, which can lead to hydraulic equipment failures. This ensures efficient and reliable clean oil management.

• Resolution of Hydraulic Troubles: Capable of capturing particles as small as 0.03μm, effectively trapping oxidized contaminants and preventing sludge formation.
• Easy Maintenance: With over 20 times the dust collection area of typical filters, it ensures long maintenance cycles, and no tools are required for collector replacement.
• Flushing of Entire Hydraulic System: The oil, restored to an ultra-clean condition, flushes away oxidized contaminants inside the pipes, providing effective flushing.
• Increased Productivity: Reduced hydraulic issues, prevention of short stoppages, stable cycle times, and shorter warm-up periods all contribute to improved productivity.
• Extended Oil Lifespan: Maintains a clean environment, thereby prolonging the life of the oil.
• Electrode-based Contaminant Capture: Utilizes the property of floating contaminants in the oil, which become electrically charged and are captured by electrodes.
