Optimal design is a technology to find the theoretical optimum shape by CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) in consideration of the mechanism and high-speed operation of the take-out robot. This technology is also used to design parts for aircraft and automobiles.

The aforementioned 3D-Design Optimization has realized a lightweight and highly rigid body.In addition, the vibration suppression control function has been enhanced by installing vibration suppression control, which was previously used only for the kick axis, on the transverse and vertical axes as well.
