Insert molding

Insert molding is a special molding method in which parts such as metal fittings are inserted into a mold in advance and filled with melted resin to create a molded product that is integrated with the parts. Since the insertion of metal fittings into the mold requires high accuracy, until now, manual or dedicated insert devices have been used. YUSHIN PRECISION EQUIPMENT's servo Take-out Robot can insert metal fittings with high accuracy. A single Take-out Robot handles workpiece distribution, supply to molds, taking out of finished products, stock, etc., contributing to labor saving, equipment cost reduction, and space saving. Take-out robots that "enhance" customer’s profits and environmental friendliness The enhancement function provides customers with four benefits (productivity, teaching, downtime reduction, and environmental friendliness). For productivity, CFRPv3 is adopted to increase rigidity and reduce vibration in movements. For teaching, the cycle-up function visualizes where the cycle can be shortened.
