Ueno Việt Nam là nhà phân phối được ủy quyền tại Việt Nam của sản phẩm Dụng cụ tiện, phay và khoan (SANDVIK) một nhà sản xuất dụng cụ cắt đẳng cấp thế giới. Công ty bán sản phẩm và cung cấp dịch vụ cho thị trường sản xuất Việt Nam. Vào tháng 3 năm 2024, công cụ tạo rãnh và cắt " CoroCut ® 2" mới được ra mắt. Trong bài viết này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu các công nghệ và tính năng độc đáo của “CoroCut® 2”.

Hệ thống độc đáo của CoroCut® 2 giúp cắt ổn định và hiệu suất cao

CoroCut ® 2 là một công cụ năng suất cao có thể thực hiện cắt chính xác (tách rời) các phôi đã hoàn thiện, tạo rãnh cho vòng chữ O, cũng như định hình và tiện.
Hệ thống khóa ray độc đáo của Sandvik cải thiện lực kẹp hạt dao tiện, ngăn ngừa chuyển động của hạt dao tiện trong quá trình gia công và cuối cùng là kéo dài tuổi thọ của hạt dao tiện. Ngoài ra, hệ thống khóa ray này còn cải thiện điều kiện cắt và độ bền của dụng cụ.

【Tính năng chính của CoroCut ® 2 】
●Hệ thống khóa ray độc đáo (chiều rộng hạt dao tiện: 2,0 mm trở lên)
Bốn loại hình học chính (-CM / -GF / -RM / -TF) và công nghệ phủ cải tiến cho phép gia công hiệu quả cao. GC1225 là loại mới dự kiến sẽ có nhu cầu cao ở Việt Nam (Đông Nam Á). Khả năng chống mài mòn lớn hơn và độ tin cậy của hạt dao tiện mang lại hiệu quả chi phí vượt trội cho tất cả các phôi vật liệu.

● Áp dụng hình học mới nhất và cấp độ phủ hạt dao tiện (GC1225, GC4425, S205, v.v.)
Four major geometries (-CM / -GF / -RM / -TF) and innovative coating technology enable highly efficient machining. GC1225 is a new grade that is expected to be in high demand in Vietnam (Southeast Asia). Increased wear resistance and insert reliability offer excellent cost performance for all workpiece materials.

Management of Personal Information

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
