Mayekawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in 1988 as a sales and service platform for the products of Mayekawa Mfg. Co., Ltd. Currently, we sell industrial refrigeration compressors, provide after-sales service, plant design and installation of refrigeration facilities for factory and cold storage. We also manufacture and sell freezers for frozen foods industry. In recent years, we are responding to the needs of factory automation in the field of poultry industry in Thailand with automatic deboning robots. In year 2021, We have opened a Bangladesh Liaison Office as a representative office of Thailand

CO2 heat pump

The CO2 heat pump is an equipment that supplies hot water using carbon dioxide as refrigerant, which is a natural refrigerant. In Japan, it is known by the name of “EcoCute”. Our “UNIMO” has a lineup of three models depending on the thermal source (air or water) used. All of these products can steadily supply hot water at 90 degrees Celsius. TORIDAS

“TORIDAS MARK II MT-04”, the flagship model of our automatic deboning robotics. Simply put the bone-in leg meat into the machine, and it automatically separates the bone and the meat. By fully automating the work that was previously done manually, we have shortened the work time and improved hygiene. Furthermore, by equipping it with an automatic slitting function and a final separation function as standard equipment, the yield can be equal to or higher than that of human hands. Thermo-Jack Freezer

The "Thermo-Jack Freezer" has shortened the freezing and cooling time of food to 1/2 to 2/3 of the conventional type by adopting impinging air. Even after freezing, the cells and quality can be maintained with fine micro ice crystals. In addition, features such as air defrost systems and CIP cleaning systems can be selected to improve production yields and minimize downtime. Conveyor belts can be selected from two types: mesh belts and steel belts. We have a lineup of IQF freezer suitable for a wide range of products such as liquid products, granular products, bagged and individually wrapped products. Screw compressor

Our screw compressors are twin rotor type compressor, the two rotors compress the gas. This screw compressor has the advantage of having a small pulsation of the discharge gas and a large amount of gas that can be processed relative to the size of the compressor body. It is durable, hard to break, and has a long maintenance interval. Our products offer a wide range of screw rotors. In addition, multiple series are available, such as compound two-stage unit that combines two sets of rotors of different sizes and corresponds to a high compression ratio. Fluidization Freezer (IQF Line Freezer)

A freezer for individually frozen cut vegetables, fruits, seafood, and side dishes. The products are frozen with a combination of two-layer conveyors. On the 1st conveyor, the surfaces are frozen while the products are separated by the blowing air from below and mechanical vibration, eliminating sticking between the products.
