"NT-MEVIUS" is the Asian version collet holder

The “NT-MEVIUS” collet chuck for the ASEAN region went on sale in 2014. In Thailand and Southeast Asia, NT Tool collet holders made in Japan were originally sold, but price competition intensified as more Chinese, Korean, and Taiwanese manufacturers began supplying similar products at lower prices. “NT-MEVIUS" was newly launched as a product to counter this trend. Think of it as an Asian version collet holder.

In order to reduce costs as much as possible and to be competitive in Asia, "NT-MEVIUS" is manufactured at NT Tool's factory in Thailand and sold from Thailand to customers in Southeast Asia. By changing the production site to Thailand and local production for local consumption, we have been able to reduce the price to about half of what it used to be.

Even though it is manufactured in Thailand and the price is kept down, its quality and performance are not compromised in any way when compared to products from Japanese brands. Although we have achieved cost reductions by changing the design somewhat, reducing the number of parts, and performing "black coating" in-house to resist rust, we manufacture our products in accordance with the strict QC system in Japan, using the same production methods and equipment as conventional products. With a high accuracy of 4d=7μm, this collet holder combines high cost-performance with Japanese quality. This is "NT-MEVIUS".

Thanks to the support of our customers, sales of "NT-MEVIUS" have been steadily increasing since its launch in 2014. The user-friendly and easy-to-use operability are popular points of the product, but the durability is especially appreciated by customers who have adopted it.

As a result of nearly 10 years of sales in the ASEAN market, the penetration of “NT-MEVIUS” in ASEAN is progressing smoothly. Currently, the best-selling country is Vietnam. It already accounts for 70% to 80% of total sales. The number of customers implementing it continues to increase.

In the future, we will focus on developing the Malaysian, Indonesian, and Philippine markets, and even India, in order to expand our sales and further establish its presence as a strategic product throughout Southeast Asia.

The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
