We have a lineup of washing machines that use our unique high-pressure water technology (water-jet technology) to remove chips and dirt in an instant. Our technology, cultivated through our extensive experience and track record of delivery to countries around the world, can solve the cleaning issues of customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and other countries. We also offer the world's first energy-saving package that drastically reduces the power consumption of washing machines, contributing to carbon neutrality.

Sugino Machines pursue downsizing of machining centers while achieving high productivity. Ultra-compact, high-speed, high-precision machining centers, capable of a maximum repeatability of 1μm, have been introduced in various fields, including the automotive industry in Singapore and Malaysia.

Half a century has passed since the launch of the "SELFEEDER" drilling unit & the "SYNCHROTAPPER" tapping unit, and they continue to be improved. The lineup is broadly tailored to meet market needs, with a series of high-speed rotation specifications for small-diameter machining and low-speed rotation/high-torque specifications for large-diameter machining, to perform high-precision drilling and tapping for both large and small diameters.

The compaction process by rollers makes the metal surface plastically deformed, and has the effects of diameter correction of several μm, improvement of fatigue strength, and increase of surface hardness. It can be expected not only as a substitute for the polishing process, but also to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Removing unnecessary "burrs" generated when machining metals is an indispensable process for product quality, accuracy, and safety. Our deburring tool holders are equipped with a floating mechanism to automate deburring. Another feature is that they can handle workpieces with complex shapes.

The water-jet cutter (ultra-high-pressure water cutting equipment) injects water at ultra-high pressure from a small-diameter nozzle and cuts various materials such as metal, glass, and stone using a high-speed, high-density thin water stream (water jet) with ultra-high-pressure energy. Since it does not generate heat and does not affect the properties and quality of materials, it is used in various fields.

We contribute to various industries that require cleaning technology, deburring technology, cutting technology, chipping and peeling technology, etc. with high-pressure and high-pressure water technology. In addition to withstanding continuous operation at high pressure, the pressure and flow rate can be changed by reconfiguring some parts.
