TAKAMATSU MACHINERY (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

A "chip conveyor" for automatic discharge of chips generated from cut machining by machine tools and CNC lathes. Most of TAKAMATSU MACHINERY's CNC lathe chip conveyors are supplied by HAKUSAN.

Until now in Thailand, "cost increases and long delivery times" for transportation have been issues for importing conveyors made in Japan. But currently, for most of the machines we sell in Thailand, domestically manufactured chip conveyors are available as an option. As the result, we are now able to provide high-quality machine tools with chip conveyors at reasonable prices, with short delivery times, and with full support.

In order to deal with these issues, we asked HAKUSAN (THAILAND) to cooperate and develop a conveyor that fits our products as an option. We have decided on a Thai standard specification and made it available for domestic procurement through a new design.

Both TAKAMATSU MACHINERY and HAKUSAN are headquartered in Asahigaoka I.E., Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. In Japan, we have been working together to solve the problem of chip processing. We have delivered hundreds of units a year, nearly 10,000 units in total. In Thailand, we cooperate in private shows and METALEX exhibitions, and are working to solve customers' problems with chip processing.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
