① IC Chip Inspection | Conceptual Equipment

This device is for high-speed IC inspection carried out on a glass rotary table, capable of acquiring three types of inspection images in a single image capture.

・ Using a 3-sensor color camera and red / blue / green lightings, it is possible to acquire images for three different inspections in a single image capture.

・ Unlike conventional Bayer-type color cameras, high-precision images can be acquired at high speed.

② Appearance Inspection on Crimping Machine | Conceptual Equipment

Camera inspection after crimping wire terminals with crimping insertion machines is in high demand in Thailand, but there were not many opportunities were seen because few manufacturers can support machine vision inspection in Thailand. In the video, we are demonstrating on the assumption that a ViSCO’s camera is installed on a wire harness processing machine.

③ Outer Periphery Inspection of Bearings (Cylindrical Objects) | Conceptual Equipment

In order to inspect defects such as scratch and stain on the outer peripheral surface of cylindrical products such as bearings, it is necessary to rotate the whole object around and capture images.

In this video the device captures images of the outer periphery of the bearing with a width of 2 mm, which rotates at 1 second per revolution. Over 100 captured images are instantly stitched with subpixel accuracy to produce an image that looks like an expansion drawing. This image enables accurate and precise inspection even on curved side where it is difficult to focus.

Management of Personal Information

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
