A new proposal of coating for cutting tools, molds and functional parts! Exhibited in METALEX 2019 for the first time【YKT Thailand】

A specialized trading company ”YKT” will order the most suitable products, such as production facilities, tools and measuring equipment necessary for the manufacturing industry from the world market and deliver it to the customer. We were established in the Taisho period in Japan and will celebrate our 100 year anniversary soon. Our motto is to solve the problems and troubles of customers, and we are trying to respond to them with our abundant lineup.

The Thai subsidiary was established in 2015. We will have a booth in METALEX, the largest trade fair of machine tools in Southeast Asia held late every November. In this “METALEX 2019”, we are going to exhibit focusing on the following 3 products.

Exhibited product 1　Arc-type PVD coating furnace

The arc-type PVD coating device π series

The arc-type PVD coating device ”π series” made by the PLATIT Company in Switzerland is a device to coat the surface of cutting tools, molds and functional parts. It can handle a wide range of products with optimal coating film according to the purpose, and its feature is high value-added performance that dramatically improves wear resistance, heat resistance, smoothness and toughness. It will be introduced in METALEX for the first time.

The tools worn away in the production process cannot be reused unless we regrind and perform a resurface treatment on it, or replace it with a new tool. We generally order such a process from outside. However, in addition to the high outsourcing cost, we also have to rely on the subcontractor for everything about the coating state.

This product is an innovative device for insourcing which solves such troubles at once. Its material is pure metal, such as titanium, aluminum and chrome, and it enables optional composition ratio control by a software program. This enables to realize high-quality coating at our own expense without being influenced by the quality of alloy metals provided from the general market. We can also take business contracts for coating service into consideration in the future.

Exhibited product 2.4 times speed rotating tools “IB Spindles”

IB Spindles

Suzuki Precision Company (Tochigi Prefecture) developed “4 times speed rotating tools for CNC automatic lathes”IB Spindles. By only mounting it in lathe holder with one touch, the small diameter endmill machining and fine hole drilling machining can be performed optimally. Moreover, it realized 4 times higher speed with only mechanical power.

We have prepared 3 types made by STAR MICRONICS Company, CITIZEN Company and Tsugami Company, who are all well-known lathe manufacturers. We focused on easy usability for many end users. The performance has already been confirmed in the markets of Europe, Japan and Taiwan. We are fully prepared to introduce it seriously in Thailand. We are planning to deliver to neighboring countries such as Thailand and Malaysia from production factories in Japan. We will also provide rental service for test use.

Visual Inspection Device and A Monozukuri aid kit “AZVision

Wing Vision Company which is headquartered in Nagano Prefecture developed a Visual Inspection Device, the Aimonozukuri aid kit “AZVision”. The basic concept of AZVision, which was launched by a venture company established in 2015, is that it can be installed anywhere and can by used anytime by anyone”. This product was product was born from the desire to be a Japanese manufacturing partner.

We will provide this product in the Thai market as a general agent of the said company. It uses a high-performance camera and proprietary software installed in the tablet. Please take this opportunity to try the simple image inspection unit with easy usability to support visual inspection.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
