Mr. Sopon : We divide our services into machine calibration and machine repair where all service department employees have been trained by experts from Japan and received a Certificate to certify their skills. Every year we will organize training for employees who are in supervisor positions to increase their knowledge and skills in machine calibration and repair. In addition, the service team (14-15 people) has been divided into zones so that they can be responsible for various industrial estates such as Rayong, Chonburi, Pathumthani, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi and Korat and so on.

Calibration equipment is regularly sent to Cosmo Instruments, our Japanese headquarters that is ISO/IEC17025 certified to guarantee the accuracy and quality of calibration. In addition, the internal equipment is also calibrated regularly every 2-3 months.

If the customer's machine crashes, we also have a stock of spare parts to support customers. Therefore, customers can be assured that they will receive prompt service from us. In addition, if the spare parts that customers need are no longer in stock, we will order spare parts from Japan. This will take about 2 weeks, and while waiting for the delivery, we also have a backup device or a DEMO device for customers to use at no additional cost.

We can provide instant calibration and repair services upon customer request from the service team that is sufficient to meet the needs providing fast service whether it is for calibration or repair work.

Finally, as a representative of the service team, if any customer is interested or has a need to test the machine, they can prepare a Jig and Fixture for COSMOWAVE to test the machine before deciding to use it for real. This service is free of any additional charges.

Mr. Winai : COSMOWAVE TECHNOLOGY is the name derived from the combination of Cosmo Instrument (COSMO) in Japan and WAVE, the distributor and service provider of Cosmo Instrument's products in Malaysia.

Our group of companies provides sales and service of leak testers in the ASEAN region such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and includes Thailand. COSMO's leak testers have a market share of more than 70% in Thailand and have sold more than 300 units per year.

Most of our customers are manufacturers in the automotive industry, where we provide services to major Japanese car manufacturers such as TOYOTA, HONDA, ISUZU, MITSUBHISHI, NISSAN, MAZDA, YAMAHA, SUZUKI, and KAWASAKI. We also provide services in the field of electronic industry, household appliances, medical equipment and so on.

Our company has about 30 employees divided into sales, service and production departments. Most of them have more than 10 years of experience and have a good understanding of Cosmo's equipment. Therefore, our strength is to be able to convey how to use the leak tester as well as providing advice on leak testing.

For the sales department, they are responsible for advising the customer on the method of leak testing based on the customer's workpiece including Jig and Fixture design. For our service department, they are responsible for installing the machine and calibrating the machine. The production department is responsible for assembling new machines for customers. It will take about 1-3 weeks to assemble the machine, but if the customer orders the machine from Japan, it will take about 1-2 months.

For anyone interested in a leak tester, just prepare specifications for the test for us, then we will recommend the test method and the suitable machine to meet the specifications from the customer.
