Machining Centers

Machining Centers have a function of automatic tool exchange and proceeds the different multiple machining one-by-one with one machine according to the purpose. We have prepared vertical machines with 3-axis control, X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis crossing each other, the horizontal machines with a pallet control to load workpieces and double-column machines that have a spindle-shaped supporting structure like a gate.

5-Axis Multitasking Machines

Intelligent Multitasking Machines enable simultaneous control machining of the turning tool rest bearing, the strong milling by the formed endmill and turning cut of odd-shaped workpieces. On the other hand, 5-Axis Vertical Machining Centers enable complicated machining, which has a 2-axis turning bearing in addition to X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis.

Next-generation Robot System (Production Automation)

The labor shortage occurred from the reduction of the labor force population and the aging of population at manufacturing sites is getting serious in Thailand, so automation and labor savings are required in Thailand. However, it will be a significant barrier that requires time and labor to introduce the system.The robot system "ARMROID" is easy to introduce and can flexibly solve these problems at once.
