Roller burnishing tool

A mirror finishing tool that crushes the unevenness of the metal surface smoothly without grinding. It achieves high productivity, precision finishing, and surface modification (increased wear resistance, improved fatigue strength, etc.). Since it can be easily and at low cost to finish parts with precision, it is used in a wide range of applications such as the automobile industry, precision equipment, chemicals, and home appliances, and has achieved great results. Because it can easily and inexpensively perform precision finishing of parts, it is used in a wide range of applications in the automotive, precision instruments, chemicals, and home appliance industries, and has proven to be very effective.

Plunger pump (pump itself / unit)

Sugino Machine's plunger-type pumps are designed with an emphasis on durability and longevity of components. In addition to withstanding continuous operation at high pressure, pressure and flow rate can be changed by reconfiguring some parts.

Tube Expansion and Tube End Cutting Tools/Equipment

We offer a wide range of tube expansion tools and equipment for securing tubes to tube plates in heat exchanger and condenser manufacturing. All of these are designed and produced in-house by Sugino Machine to provide robust support for expansion tasks.

Water-jet cutter

Water pressurized to a maximum of 600 MPa is injected through a small-diameter nozzle. This equipment cuts and processes using a high-speed, high-density, narrow water jet. Since it does not generate heat and does not affect the properties and quality of materials, it is used in various fields. It can precisely process all kinds of materials such as metals, resins, composite materials, ceramics, rubber, fabrics, and foods.

Reactor Cleaning Equipment

This system safely and efficiently removes various scales adhering to polymerization cans, reaction cans, and storage tanks using high-pressure water for cleaning. All equipment—including high-pressure pumps, cleaning devices, nozzles, and control systems—are designed and manufactured in-house to ensure operational safety while maximizing the efficiency of cleanup operations.

The deburring tool holder

A product that solves various problems that occur in deburring by floating processing. It realizes automation of deburring work by machining centers, robots, milling machines, etc. It prevents burrs from being left behind and workpieces from being over-shaved, and uniformly removes burrs even for workpieces with complex shapes. Contributes to easy and stable automatic deburring!

Drilling & Tapping Unit

This is a machining unit specialized for drilling and tapping. In addition to the dedicated SELFEEDER for drilling and SYNCHROTAPPER for tapping, the new SELFEEDER DUO, capable of performing both functions, is now available. With servo-driven feed and rotation axes, the unit retains the performance of a specialized machine while significantly enhancing versatility.

Large-size parts machining center

A large-size parts machining center that can be equipped with up to six spindles and is based on Sugino Machine's drilling/tapping unit "SELFEEDER." This is a highly productive machining center that can handle light cutting, drilling, tapping, and more, allowing it to perform the functions of multiple machining centers within a single unit.

Vertical and horizontal machining centers

The "SELF-CENTER Series" is a series of machining centers created in 1986 based on the concept of "small machines for small parts.“ There are a wide variety of machine configurations, including vertical, horizontal, table-moving, and column-moving types. All of them realize high-speed, high-precision machining with excellent cost performance.

Water Beam Machining Equipment

The "Water Beam Machine (WbM)" is a micro-machining system that combines Sugino Machine's advanced water jet technology with cutting-edge laser technology. A nozzle, with a diameter of several tens of micrometers, ejects a water jet inside which a green laser—resistant to absorption by water—flows at high speed, reflecting repeatedly to form a water beam. When this water beam strikes the workpiece, the laser is absorbed, melting the material, while the water jet simultaneously cools the area. The water jet also cleans and removes any residue, enabling precise cutting, grooving, and surface processing with minimal thermal impact.

High-Pressure Deburring and Washing Machine

The "JCC (Jet Clean Center)" series is a parts washing machine utilizing ultra-high-pressure water up to 245 MPa for cleaning and deburring various components. As the world's only manufacturer producing everything from high-pressure pumps to washing machines, Sugino Machine leverages extensive expertise and a global track record to address customer challenges effectively.

Medium-to-Low Pressure Washing Machine

The JCC-Module is a modular washing machine equipped with CNC control, offering flexibility for adjusting production plans. The JCC-MULTI, designed specifically for cleaning large EV components, delivers high cleaning and drying capabilities, along with energy-saving features. The Jet Storm Washer employs aeration jet technology, providing fully automatic operation in a compact design, making it easy to use.

Vacuum Dryer

The Vacuum Dryer "EVADRY" utilizes vacuum technology to evaporate and dry the moisture remaining on workpieces after cleaning. With a single button, it thoroughly dries even complex-shaped workpieces, reaching deep areas. This device enhances automation and reduces labor requirements. Moreover, it consumes significantly less power than air blowers, offering an eco-friendly and energy-efficient solution.

Liquid Micro-contamination and Oil Removal Unit

The “JCC-HM” is a liquid purification unit that utilizes microbubbles to effectively remove fine foreign matter and oil. Powered solely by air, it requires no external power supply, filter replacements, or other consumables. Suitable for a variety of applications, from water-soluble cutting oils to cleaning fluids, the it helps reduce costs and solve operational challenges.
