Weighing error within +/-1g range! High precision weighing and feeding of powders and granules

The “AI Dosing System” is a precision weighing system designed for efficient and accurate feeding of powders and granules. Unlike conventional rotation mechanisms, this system uses a cut-gate system to ensure stable feeding without being affected by the shape or physical properties of the material. It reduces the risk of damage to the shape of powders and granules, improves the stability of the manufacturing process, and enables accurate weighing within a range of +/-1 gram.

【Main features of the precision weighing systemำ】
■ Self-weight drop prevents breakage of granules
Unlike the common rotary system, cut-gate's self-weight drop system is not affected by material characteristics and reduces the risk of damaging the shape of powder or granular materials.

■ High feeding accuracy
While the weighing error of general powder and granular measuring instruments is about 1%, this product can accurately weigh within the range of +/-1 g, regardless of the number of measurements or the characteristics of the material. Very small weighing errors ensure product quality. There is almost no residual weight after weighing is completed.

■ Wide range of adjustment
The wide adjustment range allows flexible adjustment of supply volume, making it adaptable to a variety of production lines.

The precision weighing system uses a dosing valve that enables fine feeding and can handle a variety of material characteristics from fine powders to lumps, and is available in H type (cut-gate type) and V type (pendulum type).

A special valve in the shape of an egg cutter moves horizontally and repeatedly to control the amount of material discharged. The valve opening can be adjusted in increments of 0.1mm, and the discharge rate can be set continuously at a ratio of 1:200.
