Enshu is a Japanese company that has long and well-known reputation regarding automated machines (CNC), and has set up a company to manufacture and sell machines under Enshu (Thailand). With long history and strong product quality, Enshu has been recognized and been trusted by many companies both Japanese and Thai.

Today we had a chance to interview one of the companies that use Enshu’s products, and that is S METAL TECH CO., LTD.

S METAL TECH, as a company that manufacture machine parts including sheet metal

Mr. Sompol ：S Metal Tech has been established for almost 10 years as sheet metal manufacturing company. Our process ranges from cutting, stamping, welding and assembling, etc. Most of our products are Machine Part that will be delivered to customers which are mostly in machinery business. Since there must be steel parts or anything that we make as part of the machine.

Can you share the experience of using ENSHU’s machines with S Metal Tech?

Mr. Sompol: For the Enshu machine that we use, we will use it to make components that are used with the machine. The reason why we use Enshu is that it is the size that is suitable for the work that we are using, as well as its durability and speed is quite suitable for us. Considered as a device that is suitable for use within our company.

There are 2 models of Enshu machines that we use in production process; EV450T which began using in 2012, after which we purchased EV450Te which is a newer model.

Mr. Keng : For EV450T and EV450Te, S Metal tech chose to use these Enshu products because these models are suitable for the customer's work to be produced. Although these two machines are not different in shape, the EV450Te have additional functions from the EV450T. In this part, once the customer has installed it, they can choose to use it without having to buy more, and this provides more convenience to users.

“If the factory is not so big or produces small machine part products, we will recommend machines from ENSHU (Thailand)”

Mr. Sompol:The Enshu machines that we use are machines that are just the right size for our work. Also durability and speeds is quite suitable for us. We have been using Enshu machines for about 7-8 years. Not much problem encountered. Sometimes we receive advice. When we want to call to inquire, we can contact immediately. The service is quite good. If it is a factory that is not so big or produces small products, we will recommend machines from Enshu (Thailand).

Management of Personal Information

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
