Industria’s first time at the Thai Water Expo 2019! Presenting FILSTAR, water treatment innovation that has received an award from Japan.

Thai Water Expo 2019 is technology Exhibition and International Conference on Regional Water and Wastewater Management, designed for both government and private sectors in order to learn the latest technology and innovation in water are fully integrated.
In this Exhibition, INDUSTRIA (THAILAND) CO., LTD. has joined the Thai Water Expo for the first time to exhibit their FILSTAR filters that are used in the industrial sector. On this occasion, we interviewed Ms. Phimphat Sattayamongkolphong, Sales Administration, and Mr. Pinyo Khamhom, Sales Manager of INDUSTRIA about this event.

Q: What are the strengths of FILSTAR that are exhibited in this event?

Ms. Phimphat : FILSTAR is a device for filtering waste and industrial sediment. It can remove dirt from the liquid, making it easier for water treatment. Besides, the water also can be reused. And because FILSTAR does not have an internal filter, so there is no need to change parts.

Q: What is the purpose of joining the Thai Water Expo 2019?

Mr. Pinyo : I want customers to get to know our products, understand basic operation of FILSTAR, and hope to meet new customers because FILSTAR can be applied to all industry groups, especially those in industries that have problems with separation of sediment and dirt, such as automotive parts industry, electrical industry, machinery manufacturing industry, plastic industry, food industry and so on.

Ms. Phimphat : Yes, especially the Thai Water Expo 2019 focuses on water innovation, which FILSTAR is designed for. Besides, it also helps to take care of the environment because normal filters are usually disposable resulting in industrial waste. These methods of disposal of waste are quite difficult and cause pollution. However, FILSTAR will separate sediment and dirt without using filter inside causing no industrial waste. Therefore, it can reduce the cost of industrial waste disposal in this part, and it is also environmentally friendly as well.

Q: I know that FILSTAR has just received an award. Please talk about this award.

Mr. Pinyo : Yes, Mr. Kazuaki Takahashi, the executive of Industria, recently received the 2018 Eco-Pro award of the year from the Minister of Environment of Japan. This award is a guarantee that FILSTAR has innovative and new technologies that make progress without forgetting to pay attention to the environment.

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
